What data we process

• Contact form: name, email, selected category or item, and your message. The form opens your own email app, so the data reaches us as a normal email.
• Offer form: your name, email, phone, message and offered amount are used only to respond to your offer and are kept until the matter is resolved.
• Newsletter: your email address and the date of your consent.
• Email / WhatsApp contact: the details you send us.
• Payment via PayPal: PayPal processes your payment data; we receive your name, email, amount, reference and, if needed, shipping address.
• Shipping: name and delivery address; a phone number only if you enter one at card checkout, used solely by the carrier for delivery.
• Stored on your device: your cookie choice in local storage (no tracking).

• Answering questions and offers: steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b).
• Concluding and fulfilling a sale, payment and shipping: contract, Art. 6(1)(b).

Third parties

• Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, Cloudflare Pages): technically necessary server logs such as IP address and browser.
• Google Fonts and Google Translate (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): loaded only after you click “Accept”; your IP address is then transmitted to Google.
• PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.: payment processing under PayPal’s own privacy statement.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: card payment processing under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
• Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp: when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.
• Shipping carriers: only the data needed for delivery.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA) on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to [email protected].

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

1. Seller

Kristjan Kozar, private seller, 9000 Murska Sobota, Slovenia, [email protected]. Items come from a private collection; the seller does not act as a business.

2. Prices and contract

Listed prices are fixed, in euros, and include free worldwide shipping; items without a listed price accept offers; as a private seller no VAT is charged or shown (Article 94(1) ZDDV-1). The contract is concluded when you complete payment via PayPal or by card (Stripe); you receive a purchase confirmation by email. An offer is non-binding until the seller confirms it by email.

3. Payment

Payment is made via PayPal or by card (processed by Stripe). Payment goes directly to the seller; card details are entered only on PayPal or Stripe, never on this site.

4. Shipping

The seller ships every item himself, insured and tracked, after payment is received. Shipping is free worldwide; the price shown is the total price including shipping. Shipping is only possible where the sale, import and possession of the item are legal (see “Restricted symbols” and “Edged weapons” above). Risk passes to a consumer buyer on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kristjan Kozar, 9000 Murska Sobota, Slovenia, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Condition and warranty

All items are used historical collectibles. Signs of age, wear, patina and repairs are normal and are described as accurately as possible; photos are part of the description. As we sell as a private individual, statutory rights against business sellers may not apply; however, items are sold as described, and our authenticity guarantee applies: if an item proves not to be authentic, you receive a full refund including shipping.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. For consumers, this does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.
